Tour our small clinical space & have your questions answered by our Volunteer Manager! Most tours last 10-30 minutes. We are a non-profit veterinary clinic, not an animal shelter or animal rescue.

To book a tour, message us at least 1 day in advance via iMessage, WhatsApp or Line using phone number +66618403433, via social media on Facebook or Instagram, or you can Email Us. Please reserve phone calls for emergencies only.

We are entirely donation-funded, so please respectfully do not book a tour without the intention to Donate. You can make your donation with Thai Baht in cash, Thai Bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise. Thank you!

Tour FAQs

Why do I have to make a reservation?
We do not have full-time staff or volunteers occupying the facility with fixed hours. Without a reservation, our volunteers can be off-site or otherwise occupied. Our team prioritizes 24/7/365 medical availability to the community via outreach or ambulatory care, and work-life balance. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my pets or young children to visit?
No pets or young children please. Children 12+ are welcome though we don’t recommend this as an activity for children as we are a veterinary clinic.

We are interested in internationally adopting a pet, can we visit for this reason?
Yes! Please let us know, so a meet-and-greet can be prearranged with one of our adult foster dogs [link to Adoption Page or Adoption Profiles]. Our adult fosters are not suitable to go to a home with cats, other small animals, or children under 12. Adopters must have previous experience with dog ownership.

Can I pet the animals?
We cannot guarantee physical interaction. We are not a shelter or rescue. Opportunity to physically interact with our adult foster pack is limited. We may have in-patients who are friendly and interested in physical touch. We occasionally have foster puppies.

We want to donate but don’t want a tour . . .
Absolutely, thank you. We have physical donation boxes around the island or click here for digital donation options!
